COVID-19 may have changed every aspect of life as we know it, but it is also restoring our collective faith in humanity as stories emerge of people quietly lending a helping hand in their communities.
With clinical rotations and research activities suspended due to the pandemic, UBC students have quickly mobilized to do whatever they can help whether its assisting front-line workers with childcare and grocery shopping, or offering to support public health efforts by responding to 8-1-1 calls and contact tracing.
