U15 Congratulates 2014 Killam Winners

The U15 Group of Canadian Research Universities congratulates the five winners of this year’s Killam Prize and the five winners of the Killam Research Fellowships. The Canada Council for the Arts administers these prizes, which celebrate the achievements of eminent Canadian researchers and scholars. These researchers push the boundaries of knowledge, to help us understand our world and ourselves.

This year, eight of the 10 recipients hail from our member institutions. They serve as models, to their colleagues and contemporaries, of dedication to research excellence. We wish them even greater success in the future as they continue to strive for solutions to issues of concern to our fellow Canadians, our economy, our society and the world at large.
