Role: Director of Policy
Michael is responsible for advising the VPR and U15 Canada’s Board on pertinent policy issues impacting U15 Canada institutions and Canada’s research ecosystem.
Prior to joining U15 Canada, Michael was the Director of Research and Policy at Global Advantage Consulting Group, where he led specialized research projects analyzing Canadian science, technology and innovation ecosystems.
He holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science (United Kingdom) and a BA from McGill University.
